If you’ve visited A Dose of Health a time or two in the past, you may notice there are a few interface changes here. I switched up my blog theme and am still in the process of tweaking it (I’m not satisfied with the way it looks just yet).
Anyway, my big oops is a blogging 101 mistake. I lost/deleted my subscriber list. 🙁 You see, my subscriber list was spread across two different services. I had half the subscribers on one platform and the other half on another platform. In an attempt to consolidate things, I inadvertently deleted one half. Fortunately, my subscriber lists are small, but a lost list is still not a good thing.
Zeroing Things Out
So here’s what I’m doing. Shortly after I publish this post I’ll be wiping out the second half of the subscribers. What this means is if you previously subscribed and wish to continue receiving email notifications of new posts then please re-subscribe. Use the email subscription box to the right to enter your name and email address. There’s a double opt in feature so please check your inbox for the confirmation email (sorry for the inconvenience).
Look at the bright side, if you wanted to unsubscribe without hurting my feelings, now is your golden opportunity. You don’t have to unsubscribe; just don’t re-subscribe. 🙂 Although, I hope you do re-subscribe.
Going Forward
With all of the subscribers in one place and the tweaks completed (hopefully I’ll figure out the tweaks over the next few weeks), I hope to have a more regular blogging schedule of once or maybe even twice a month (not to worry, I won’t fill your inbox with a bunch of post notifications).
In addition to subscribing to new post notifications, you can subscribe to comments. The comment subscription option is located beneath the comment box.
Thanks for understanding to the half of the subscribers that actually receive notification of this new post. As for the other half of my subscribers…I’m so sorry for deleting you.
