Natural Healing

A Sciatica Experiment

On this blog, I’ve chronicled my long and painful journey with sciatica. I suffered from sciatic pain for about a year. By finding the right chiropractor that employed deep tissue massage, electronic stimulation, deep heat via ultrasound and prescribed a regimen of exercises, my sciatic problems abated. Along with my chiropractic visits, I made regular… Read More

Quieting Loud Sandy Knees

Bending Knees

Wow, talk about getting sidetracked. Over a year ago I wrote a post entitled Is it Sand in the Knees or Chondromalacia? When I wrote the post, it was my intention to discuss possible causes and solutions for the condition. I got a little sidetracked. Sandy Knee Reminder It wasn’t until I had to perform… Read More

Life Before 8 Glasses of… Read More

That’s a loaded question and I don’t have the answer.  All I have are theories.  Indulge me for a moment and explore the inner workings of my brain (it ain’t pretty so be prepared). The Problem We have already established in an earlier post that osteoarthritis is the degeneration of cartilage in the joints caused… Read More

As I watched the Oprah show and saw 85 year old billionaire, David Murdock, go to Costco to purchase his fruits and vegetables for juicing, it brought to mind the question,”Should he be juicing non organic vegetables?”  By the way, I can’t be sure but it sure looks like he uses the Jack LaLanne Juicer… Read More
