This is great! I started having hot flashes 3.5 years ago. i also thought I was too young. I suspect my thyroid, liver and possibly, environmental toxins.

I've tried EVERYTHING! I first tried maca. It would like a charm the first time around but stopped working. I also had to try a topical synthetic hormone treatment from my doctor. It worked but scarred my arms and caused other issues, including discharge. O.O

I changed my diet as you did but that did nothing. I tried oil pulling and walnut extract, black cohosh and a host of other supps.

I seem to be on some sort of reprieve at the moment, thankfully! But this has happened before. Today is the 3rd day of a fresh, raw veggie juice fast. A friend recommended wheatgrass daily to assist with the cleanse.

The last time I went to the doctor, I was told I have a fatty liver. I don't even drink alcohol, but I love fried foods and sugar. So the veggie juice is to detox my liver and get it back to normal. I really feel like my liver is over-taxed.

The wheat grass should help with that. I'm just so tired of sweating. It's unbelievably embarrassing! I could tell you horror stories,.

Anyway, thanks for the info. It's nice to know about the Vibrance supp. It seems like that would good for travel. The wheatgrass supp sounds great too.

Happy New Year!
